2. Principle: Data Minimisation
This website is intentionally built with data minimisation in mind. We do not use any tracking or analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics), do not display advertising and do not use cookies requiring consent. For this reason, this website does not have a cookie banner.
3. Hosting & Server Log Files
This website is hosted by netcup GmbH, Emmy-Noether-Straße 10, D-76131 Karlsruhe / Data Centre Nuremberg. When you access the site, technically necessary access data is processed in so-called server log files (including IP address, date and time, requested file, browser type). The legal basis is our legitimate interest pursuant to Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. Log files are deleted after 30 days.
A data processing agreement pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR has been concluded with the hosting provider.
4. Fonts (Locally Hosted)
We use the font \"Poppins\". It is hosted locally on our server — when loading the website, no connection to third-party servers is established and no IP address is transmitted to third parties.
5. Contact and Investor Form
When you use our form, we process the data you provide solely for the purpose of handling your inquiry and further correspondence. The legal basis is your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR) as well as our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR).
6. Spam and Abuse Protection (hCaptcha)
To protect our contact and investor form from automated abuse (spam bots), we use hCaptcha by Intuition Machines, Inc., 1590 Castro Street, San Francisco, CA 94114, USA. hCaptcha is considered a privacy-friendly alternative to comparable services and, according to the provider, does not track users for advertising purposes.
When the form loads, a script is retrieved from hcaptcha.com; in doing so, technical data (including IP address, browser and device information) is transmitted to and processed by the provider in order to distinguish automated access from human users. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in a functional, abuse-protected form (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

7. Tokenize Investment Widget
On the \"Investor Relations\" page, we embed the Invest Now widget of Tokenize.it GmbH, Markt 16, D-09648 Mittweida. When the page loads, a script is retrieved from cdn-investnow.tokenize.it, during which your IP address is transmitted to the provider. The purpose is to provide the investment participation function.
If you submit an investment inquiry via the Invest Now button, the personal data you provide will be processed and forwarded to us. Tokenize.it GmbH acts as a data processor within the meaning of Art. 28 GDPR on behalf of Dorfkraft Holding GmbH. The scope of data processing is governed by a data processing agreement referenced in the associated order form.
The Invest Now button also obtains your consent to the processing of your personal data by Dorfkraft Holding GmbH and Tokenize.it GmbH (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). For further information: https://tokenize.it/privacy.
8. Your Rights
You have the right of access (Art. 15), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20) and the right to object (Art. 21 GDPR). You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority, such as the State Commissioner for Data Protection of Saxony-Anhalt.
