How we handle personal data — kept brief, because this website is intentionally data-minimalist.

2. Principle: Data Minimisation

This website is intentionally built with data minimisation in mind. We do not use any tracking or analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics), do not display advertising and do not use cookies requiring consent. For this reason, this website does not have a cookie banner.

3. Hosting & Server Log Files

This website is hosted by netcup GmbH, Emmy-Noether-Strasse 10, D-76131 Karlsruhe / Data Centre Nuremberg. When you access the site, technically necessary access data is processed in so-called server log files (including IP address, date and time, requested file, browser type). The legal basis is our legitimate interest pursuant to Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. Log files are deleted after 30 days.

A data processing agreement pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR has been concluded with the hosting provider.

4. Fonts (Locally Hosted)

We use the font "Poppins". It is hosted locally on our server — when loading the website, no connection to third-party servers is established and no IP address is transmitted to third parties.

5. Contact and Investor Form

When you use our form, we process the data you provide solely for the purpose of handling your inquiry and further correspondence. The legal basis is your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR) as well as our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR).

6. Tokenize Investment Widget

On the Investor Relations page, we embed the Invest Now widget of Tokenize.it GmbH, Markt 16, D-09648 Mittweida. When the page loads, a script is retrieved from cdn-investnow.tokenize.it, during which your IP address is transmitted to the provider. For further information: https://tokenize.it/privacy.

7. Your Rights

You have the right of access (Art. 15), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20) and the right to object (Art. 21 GDPR). You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority, such as the State Commissioner for Data Protection of Saxony-Anhalt.
